By accessing or using the BLAZE DATING application, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Complete Release of Liability (Indemnification)

3.1 User Interactions: BLAZE DATING is merely a neutral conduit for user interaction. We do not verify the identity, background, or intent of any user. BLAZE DATING, its creators, developers, owners, and affiliates SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR CONDUCT OR THE CONDUCT OF ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

3.2 In-Person Meetings: This absolute release of liability includes, without limitation, emotional distress, bodily injury, property damage, fraud, theft, and death resulting from communications, video calls, speed dating sessions, or offline in-person meetings with other users you meet through BLAZE DATING.

3.3 No Background Checks: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BLAZE DATING DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS OR ATTEMPT TO VERIFY THE STATEMENTS OF ITS USERS. YOU AGREE TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS IN ALL INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for all content (text, audio, video) you transmit via the Service. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate any person.
• Transmit any explicit, pornographic, illegal, or grossly offensive material.
• Solicit money, passwords, or personal identifying information from other users.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, solicitation, or prostitution.
• Attempt to bypass screenshot protections, record video calls, or distribute user content without consent.

BLAZE DATING reserves the absolute right to terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, for violating these rules.

5. Anonymity and Privacy

While BLAZE DATING utilizes "Blaze IDs" to promote anonymity and restricts screenshots at the software level, no digital platform is 100% secure. You acknowledge that malicious users may use external cameras to record screens. BLAZE DATING is not liable for any data breaches or privacy violations perpetrated by other users.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items

6.1 Billing: All purchases (including Gold/Platinum tiers and Blaze Session packs) are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Paystack). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms.

6.2 No Refunds: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit any remaining subscription time or purchased session packs without compensation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. BLAZE DATING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL FIND A MATCH, A FRIEND, OR A DATE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLAZE DATING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BLAZE DATING EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLAZE DATING IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in South Africa.
